Please screen using my booking form below. If you would prefer not to use the booking form, please send all necessary screening information along with your preferred date, time, incall/outcall details in a single email. Screening methods can be seen below.

 Please select one of the following for screening:

1. LinkedIn and photo of your ID (Everything besides name, DOB, and photo can be covered)

2. Name, email, and website of two providers you have seen in the past year. These must be established providers with some form of social media. I do not accept agencies as references.

3. Send a blank email to me from your work email (This must be linked to a legitimate company/organization with your name listed as an employee). I can provide a discreet email address if you prefer to not send to my work email.
